Terms and Conditions of Usage
Welcome to CEKU (“System”). These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the System, dedicated to the security industry including security guards, security companies, and related services.
By accessing or using the System, you agree to comply with these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the System.
Interpretation
Words with capitalized first letters have meanings defined under the following conditions. These definitions apply whether they appear in singular or plural.Definitions
- System refers to the ERP platform and related services including the Archer App.
- Application refers to the software program named Archer.
- Company refers to CEKU, 239 Saint-Sacrement St, Montreal, Quebec H2Y 1W9.
- Country refers to Quebec, Canada.
- Device means any device such as a computer, phone or tablet that can access the Service.
- Personal Data means any information related to an identifiable individual.
- Service refers to the Application.
- Service Provider refers to third-party companies assisting with the operation of the Service.
- Usage Data refers to automatically collected data about the Service.
- User refers to any individual or entity using the System.
- Account refers to a unique account created to access the Service.
- Employer refers to a security company or individual employing personnel.
- Employee refers to security personnel using the System.
- Client refers to an entity engaging security services.
- Data refers to information stored or processed within the System.
User Accounts
- Users must provide accurate and complete registration information.
- Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials.
- Employers must verify employment status of personnel they register.
- Unauthorized account use must be reported immediately.
Usage of the System
- The System allows employee profile creation, employer linkage and location tracking during shifts.
- Users must not misuse the System for fraud, harassment, or unauthorized access.
- Location tracking only occurs during active shifts.
- Users must comply with applicable employment and labor laws.
Employer and Employee Responsibilities
- Employers must comply with employment agreements and regulations.
- Employees must log work hours accurately.
- The System is not responsible for employment disputes.
Limitation of Liability
The System is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. The Company is not responsible for employment disputes, financial losses, or unauthorized account access.
Termination and Suspension
- The System may suspend or terminate accounts violating these Terms.
- Users may terminate their accounts at any time subject to data retention policies.
Data Privacy and Protection
- Personal and location data are collected only for operational purposes.
- Data will not be shared with unauthorized third parties.
- Users consent to the collection and use of their data under the Privacy Policy.
- The System implements security measures but cannot guarantee absolute security.
